Editor's Pick: One set is all you need for the gym—the shorts and sports bra are already matched so you don't have to figure out how to pair them. The high-waisted shorts hold in your waist and midsection, so you don't have to worry about exposure when doing squats or bending over. The bra straps and back are both adjustable, and the pads can be removed and washed separately—when you sweat a lot, just toss it in the washing machine for easy care.
