Editor's Pick: Butter left out can collect dust, and this dish's bamboo lid keeps it covered. There's also a silicone seal ring inside the lid, so it won't absorb fridge odors. Flip the lid over and it works as a small cutting board—slice a piece and spread it right on your bread. The bamboo lid has a groove where you can rest the butter knife so it never gets lost. The ceramic base is dishwasher safe; for everyday care, just hand wash or wipe the bamboo lid with a damp cloth.
