Editor's Pick: Before Halloween, paint a cat face or a little bat on your kid — just add a little water to this paint and it goes right on the face, dries fast and won't smudge easily. With 28 colors plus stencils and gem stickers, you can pick designs from the included booklet, and once done, just wash the face clean — no need to worry about it staying on the skin. Bring it out for birthday parties or school events, and a few kids around a table can play for an entire afternoon.
