Editor's Pick: This pottery wheel kit comes with a foot pedal, so kids can keep both hands on the clay while adjusting the speed with ease—perfect for beginners who are just starting out. Air-dry clay, paints, brushes, and an apron are all included, so you can start creating right out of the box. Once the little bowls or cups are shaped, just let them air-dry for a couple of days, then paint and display them around the house for a nice sense of accomplishment. Great for kids ages 8 to 12—whether it's a birthday gift or something to keep them busy during school breaks, they'll happily play for hours on their own.
