Editor's Pick: These softgels combine astaxanthin with coconut oil, and they absorb better when taken with a meal. If you spend long hours staring at a computer or phone, your eyes can easily feel dry and sore, so many people add this to their daily wellness routine. The 12mg dose is a fairly high strength, and one softgel a day is enough. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, and 60 count is about a two-month supply.
