Editor's Pick: When you're connecting water lines or repairing heating pipes, a saw can't fit into tight spaces, and that's where this cutter comes in handy. Clamp it onto the pipe and rotate it once for a clean, burr-free cut. It handles both PVC and PEX. The bare tool version is great for anyone who already has a 20V battery on hand. The tool itself has a stable grip and is easy to operate with one hand.
