: Is it common to start introducing solids at 6 months? What kind of spoon is generally better, silicone ones? 一般6个月开始进行辅食训练吗，一般用什么勺比较好，硅胶的？
: Pretty much. When the baby starts showing interest in adult food and can sit up steadily, it's basically time to introduce solid foods. At first, I used silicone spoons. 差不多，宝宝开始对大人的实物感兴趣，而且已经会坐立了，基本就可以加辅食了，开始我都是用的硅胶勺子
