Editor's Pick: The backpack fabric is sturdy and wear-resistant, and the shoulder straps are padded so kids won't feel pinched by heavy loads. There are multiple compartments on the front to keep school supplies and snacks organized separately, and the side mesh pocket is just right for a water bottle. The matching lunch box is detachable, and the insulated compartment keeps food warm until lunchtime.
