Editor's Pick: Brew a cup with a pour-over or French press in the morning, and you'll smell that warm cocoa and caramel aroma as soon as you pour. The bitterness of the dark roast is well controlled, and it won't be overpowered even with a splash of milk. Keep the 2.2 lb bag in an airtight container to enjoy slowly; brewing a few pots for guests won't break the bank.
