Editor's Pick: Just one softgel a day, and one bottle lasts over four months. The omega-3 in krill oil is in phospholipid form, which your body absorbs more easily than regular fish oil, and you won't get fishy burps after meals. The krill is sourced from Antarctica, and the red color in the softgel comes from astaxanthin. Keep it next to your breakfast for your daily EPA and DHA.
