: Their customer service is really lazy as hell. I've bought from them multiple times. This Black Friday, I bought two bottles of butter that leaked. I emailed customer service, and they asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I said a refund. I sent the corresponding photos. Then a different customer service rep asked me to send different photos for two consecutive days. The last time, I told them I wasn't sending any more and didn't have time to go back and forth endlessly with them. The customer service rep said I could return the items, but as a one-time exception, they wouldn't charge me for shipping. I really want to curse. You sent me defective products, and I'm supposed to thank you for not charging me shipping to return the defective items you sent? 他们家客服真的懒得要死一样。多次买他们家东西。这次黑五买来两瓶黄油漏了，发邮件给客服，客服问是退款还是换。我说退款。发了相应的照片。换了一个客服两天连续让发不同的照片。最后一次我跟他说我不发了，也没有时间跟你们在这边没完没了。客服说可以把东西退给他们，但是给我一次特例不收我的邮费。真想骂大街。你寄来的东西是坏的，我还要谢谢你不收我邮费退还给你寄来的坏东西？
