回复 @小板板 : Peppermint Halo is for muscle soreness, a must-buy!!! The 'Sleep' one helps with sleep; sometimes when I don't sleep soundly, I apply a little, and it gives me deep sleep, very steady. Recommended! There's also 'Fortify', I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled, in Canada it's called 'Immune'; it's for when you're sick, like with a cold or cough, it makes you feel better! All essential oils can be applied behind the ears, under the nose, on the chest, on the back of the neck... so comfortable. Peppermint halo针对肌肉酸痛的，必须买！！！sleep这个帮助睡眠的，有时候我睡得不踏实，涂一点，会有深度睡眠，很稳，推荐！还有个fority 不晓得是不是这样拼的，加拿大的叫immune,针对生病时候，感冒，咳嗽之类，会舒服点！所有的精油涂在耳后，鼻下，胸前，后脖…..舒服
