: Sensodyne Classic Sensitivity is very effective. You need to use it consistently for over four weeks to see results. Don't buy the whitening version as it will affect the anti-sensitivity effect. ProNamel is for acid protection, not desensitization. If you feel a film in your mouth after use, it means you're allergic to the lauric acid ingredient. Choose toothpastes that do not contain lauric acid (an ingredient starting with "lauric").

回复 @匿名用户 : They generally appear as ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, mainly serving as foaming agents. Most products with abundant foam contain these. Some Sensodyne products do include them. If you experience oral mucosa peeling after using such products, just avoid these ingredients when choosing toothpaste.
