: First, soak the fish maw in water, changing the water every 1-2 hours. When the fish maw becomes pliable enough to be rolled by hand, scrub off any surface dirt and remove the fat. Slice some ginger to remove any fishy smell and steam the fish maw until it's soft. After steaming, rinse the fish maw under running water, then immediately place it in ice water to cool down before storing it in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping section. This method will result in fish maw with little to no fishy odor. 先用水泡，每隔1-2个小时换一次水，花胶能用手卷起来，刷掉表面的脏东西，去掉油脂，切点姜片去腥之后上锅蒸软，蒸好后拿着花胶用水不断冲洗，降温后立即置于冰水中浸泡放进冰箱保鲜室，这样发出来的花胶基本没有腥味
