Editor's Pick: If fried rice and noodles tend to stick to the pan and are a pain to scrub, take a look at this one. The surface has a laser-textured pattern plus a nonstick coating, making sticky dishes like fried eggs and sauces easier to handle. The three-layer composite base provides even heat distribution and works on both gas stoves and induction cooktops. The pan is deep enough that food won't easily spill out while stir-frying, and it comes with a long handle and a helper handle so you can pour out food steadily. The glass lid lets you watch the cooking progress, and it's dishwasher-safe when you're done.
