Editor's Pick: If you want to train your back at home without piling up a bunch of equipment, this machine's single cable lets you switch between high-position pull-downs, face pulls, and seated rows. It takes up less than 8 square feet, so it fits in a living room corner or on a balcony. The seat has three adjustable positions, so users of different heights can find a comfortable angle to generate force. The steel frame and cable are made with solid materials, and it feels quite stable when you load the weight plates and start training.
