I thought returning or exchanging a bulky item would be a hassle, so I searched online and saw that if there's water at the bottom of the water tank connector, it keeps triggering the alert. You can try wiping the top and bottom of the water tank as well as the machine's connector area to make sure they're dry—see if that helps.
