: Honestly, this type of watch is only good for telling time. For health monitoring and sports modes, I've recently tried various watches, including an unknown 50-dollar brand from Amazon, Xiaomi Watch S3, OnePlus Watch 2, Apple Watch 9, and Garmin 255, and it really has to be a specialized sports watch like a Garmin that's suitable. Of course, at this price, you shouldn't expect too much, but I'm just saying if you have health monitoring needs, don't buy this kind—it's a waste of money. 讲真这种表就看个时间还行。健康监测和运动模式这些，最近把亚马逊50块钱的不知名品牌，小米手表s3，1+ watch2，苹果表9，佳明的255用过来，还得是佳明这种专门做运动手表的合适，当然这个价格也不该有太高要求，就是说如果有健康监测需求，别买这种浪费钱了。

. Since Garmin specializes in sports watches, their health monitoring features like fall detection aren't as advanced as Apple's. Currently, among general consumer products, Apple seems to be the best (just judging by their advertised features). 。因为佳明是专门做运动手表的，其它健康监测比如摔倒感知之类的做的确实不如苹果好。目前个人感觉一般消费品里也就苹果比较好了（仅从它的宣传的功能来看）。安卓阵营的三星可以研究下。
