Editor's Pick: For strength training at home, a single 20 lb dumbbell can cover quite a few exercises. The hexagonal heads won't roll around on the floor, making bent-over rows or single-arm presses hassle-free. The knurling on the handle is moderate in thickness, so it won't slip even when your hands get sweaty. The cast iron heads with chrome steel handles resist chipping even after repeated bumps, and it's useful for arms, shoulders, and core work.
