• AI Review Summary: ⭐Amazon rating: 4.6 / 5 (3,746+ Reviews). Many users say these grow bags work great for potatoes and carrots, are sturdy and durable enough to withstand California sun and rain, have a large capacity and are easy to move, and are affordable. The only downside is that soil occasionally leaks from the drainage holes, but a layer of fabric solves that.

Editor's Pick: If you want to grow some potatoes and tomatoes on your balcony without building a raised bed, just set these grow bags right on the ground. There's a viewing window on the side, so you can open it up and see how big the tubers are growing underground, no need to guess when to dig them up. The 300g thickened non-woven fabric has good breathability, drains quickly when you overwater, and roots won't tangle into a ball at the bottom of the bag. The webbing handles on both sides have cross-stitching, so they won't rip apart when you lift them full of soil.
