Editor's Pick: Each cookie in the cookie jar is printed with a number and the corresponding number of dots. Kids grab and recognize them at the same time, turning counting into a game. Pour them out and put them back in, and the finger-pinching motion is quietly being practiced too. It also works great as a prop in a toy kitchen for pretend play — and before you know it, they've memorized what the numbers look like.
