Editor's Pick: When pulling a baking sheet out of the oven, cloth mitts let the heat right through. These silicone mitts have a honeycomb texture on the surface that gives you a firm grip, so the edges of the pan won't slip. Spilled sauce rinses right off under the faucet, so they don't get dirtier with every use like fabric mitts do. The lining is thick cotton, so the back of your hand stays cool, and the cuffs are long enough that reaching deep into the oven won't leave you brushing against the heating element.
