The first Decepticon character isn't their leader, but rather the intelligence officer and reconnaissance specialist with distinctive sound features—Soundwave! It also includes his cassette troops, including Laserbeak and Ravage, and importantly: they all can transform!

The set contains 1,505 pieces and stands 13 inches (33 cm) tall when built. Like other Transformers characters, it can "transform" without removing pieces or rebuilding—converting from robot mode to cassette player mode

Notice how both transformed "cassettes" can be placed inside the tape deck, which is Soundwave's chest. Kudos to the designers!
