The support frame of small wheels has weaker load-bearing capacity. If you frequently move heavy things like water, they'll break after a few rough uses. Try to buy the largest size, the ones with big wheels. Those are more durable. If you often move heavy items, it's still recommended to buy from Costco, $99 but the quality is much better. If it's just for grocery shopping or moving some miscellaneous items, this one is fine too.
