Editor's Pick: Kids around a year and a half old love stuffing things into holes and dumping them back out, and this toy is a perfect match. Colorful blocks build a puppy and a doghouse, then little ones push different shapes through the holes in the dog bowl lid, honing their fine motor skills with every try. The 17 blocks are sized just right for small hands to grasp, and parents can sit alongside helping figure out which shape fits which hole, no rush at all.
