Editor's Pick: This cookware set covers everything from frying and stir-frying to simmering and stewing—it includes a frying pan, saucepan, stockpot with steamer insert, plus knives, baking molds, and a spatula. The body is made of die-cast aluminum and feels lighter in your hand than you'd expect, making it easy to toss food while cooking. The nonstick performance is great—after frying an egg, just wipe it clean with a paper towel, and hand washing is a breeze too. The base is thickened and works on both gas stoves and induction cooktops, heating fairly evenly.
