回复 @TheBest : Your maintenance routine is key. Regularly removing the brush head and cleaning the rubber surface at the base of the metal connector prevents cracking caused by mold and aging. Additionally, frequently dropping the metal head can easily lead to damage. If the gaps around the plastic button on the front of the toothbrush aren't cleaned, they can become clogged over time and jam the hard plastic button. My first model was a 4000 series bought in 2017, which lasted 5 years before failing due to aging and cracking of the rubber at the metal head's base.
