Editor's Pick: When a bump starts forming at the corner of your mouth, apply a layer of this gel — the camphor and phenol ingredients quickly numb the area and calm down much of that throbbing pain and itchiness. The gel contains aloe vera, so during the days when the cold sore is drying and peeling, it won't feel tight or uncomfortable. This small tube doesn't take up much space in your bag — bring it on the go and reapply anytime.
