回复 @能力有限人员 : Is the progesterone tablet Yasmin? Not sure—it's the one for menstrual control with 30 pills (7 being placebos). D3 is a dietary supplement—don’t mix them, take it with meals. 孕酮片是不是那个优思明 ？我不确定啊，就是控制月经那个 30片有7片安慰剂那药。D3这种就是食物补充剂 别混一起吃 随饭吃

回复 @大象之歌 : Actually, adults theoretically need supplementation too. Children require it more urgently due to rapid growth and development, but as adults age, calcium loss also occurs. 其实理论上大人也需要补充，儿童是生长发育比较快所以得及时补充上，成年人来讲的话随着年龄的增加钙也会有所流失的
