: It's best to. For the first use, try applying one or two drops on your forehead. If there's no discomfort, then gradually increase the amount and frequency. Building tolerance usually takes about 1-3 days. 最好是要，第一次用先在额头上抹一两滴试试，没什么不适再逐渐加量增加频率，建立耐受期差不多1-3天就可以了
