: The service is terrible. They sent me a toner with some weird black stuff inside, so I didn't dare to use it. I've contacted customer service and sent 4 emails with no reply. I'll never buy from them again, and I'm definitely filing a complaint with the BBB. 服务太烂了。给寄了一个toner,里面有黑黑奇怪东西没敢用。联系客服发了4个邮件都没回复。永远不会再买，必去BBB投诉

I haven't bought from them in a long time either. Last Black Friday, I contacted customer service about a discount promotion but got no email response. Finally resolved it via phone call.
