: For Da Bai Bing, it's better to use a brush to pick up powder; the included puff makes it hard to pick up enough. 大白饼还是用刷子取粉好用，自带的粉扑取粉好难

I'll try buying again when nars is open tomorrow. : The Da Bai Bing I bought before broke. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to send an email with pictures, but my emails keep bouncing back. 之前买的大白饼碎了，联系客服需要发邮件附送图片，但是一直被退信发不过去
: I just checked my email and mine got bounced back too. I suspect their inbox might be full. It’s better to call or chat with customer service after they’re open, and if you need to send pictures, ask them for another email address. 刚看了眼邮箱 我的也被退信了 怀疑他家邮箱可能是满了，你还是等上班打电话或者Chat再找客服一下，还要图的话就让客服再提供个邮箱
