回复 @Annabelle橘子 : I don't think it hurts. I used to do my natural nails early on, but they were too thin and would lift easily. Later, I switched to doing shallow nail tips. The nail tips can be reused 2 to 3 times before being removed and reapplied. You can start by doing short nails. If your natural nails don't lift, you can continue doing them. If they do lift, you can choose to apply nail tips. 我觉得不痛，早期做本甲但是太薄了很容易就开胶了。后面都是做浅贴甲片。甲片可以重复利用2到3次在卸掉重新贴。刚开始你可以从短甲开始做。如果做本甲不开胶就继续做本甲。开胶的话可以选择贴甲片。

It's best not to try removing them yourself, as it can easily damage your nails. 查了下一般的卸甲水卸不掉建构甲的，建构甲正常是得去美甲店他们用那种高浓度丙酮或专用的强力卸甲液，还得有些物理辅助，最好别自己弄容易伤指甲
