Editor's Pick: Whether you want to simmer a pot of soup or boil some pasta on the weekend, the 8-quart capacity is more than enough for the whole family. The 5-layer composite base heats evenly, so porridge is less likely to stick to the bottom. The 18/10 stainless steel interior is easy to maintain—just toss it in the dishwasher when you're done. The body is seamlessly formed, feels manageable to lift, and pours soup and water with ease.
