Editor's Pick: Toilet seats crack, yellow, and wobble over time, so swapping in one with a wood core and plastic shell can save you a lot of hassle. The outer shell is high-gloss plastic that doesn't absorb water and resists stains, so a quick wipe keeps it clean. No need to hire a handyman for installation—just line up the holes and tighten. It fits common round toilets from brands like Kohler and American Standard. The bumpers and hinges are molded as one piece, so they won't fall off over time.
