Editor's Pick: One building set lets kids create three models — a hummingbird, a butterfly, and a tropical fish. After finishing one, they can take it apart and build the next, so it stays fresh and won't get boring. The hummingbird's neck, wings, and tail all move, so it looks like a little bird in mid-flight on a desk. With 312 pieces, kids ages eight and up can follow the instructions and build it on their own, and the finished model looks great as a room decoration too.
