回复 @咯咯哒的烤鸭 : It seems that ceramic coatings are more heat-resistant and not afraid of dry heating, but their non-stick performance and lifespan are not as good as Teflon. 好像说陶瓷的更耐高温，不怕干烧，但是相对不粘的效果和寿命不如氟特龙
