Editor's Pick: Hospital AC runs strong, and walking around in short-sleeve scrubs always leaves your arms chilly—this lightweight jacket is just right for throwing on. The snap-button design makes it easy to put on and take off; when you're dead tired on a night shift, you can snap it closed with your eyes shut. The fabric holds up to washing and resists pilling and losing shape after repeated machine washes. Toss a pen and a small notebook in the pocket for quick access.
