: Retinal feels more irritating on the skin, and I don't feel its effects are stronger than Retinol. Plus, Retinal is less stable than Retinol, so you need to use it up quickly. a醛上皮肤感觉更刺激，效果我没感觉比a醇更给力。而且a醛比起a醇更不稳定，要赶快使用。
