回复 @VeraH : Eating too much is not good either. Although it's not entirely clear what specific consequences excessive vitamin C intake might cause, having too much is ultimately not beneficial. I'm quite worried about not being able to control the right amount. 吃过量也不行的，虽然还不太明确过量VC会造成具体什么后果，但是太高了终归不好，我就很担心掌握不好那个度。
