I apply it at night and my skin feels smooth the next day. I use three to four pumps and apply it all over my face, adding an extra layer on freckles. You can see a brightening effect. Cons: It can't completely remove spots and requires long-term use to see results. I bought the laser serum during Black Friday and customer service promised price adjustment refund in 5-10 days, but it’s been almost two months and nothing. Called today, and they suddenly claimed the previous CS was wrong and denied the price adjustment. They even refused to acknowledge Dealmoon’s promotion. Isn’t this just a joke? Isn’t this a scam? 😡😤 Clinique customer service is getting worse—I’m never buying from them again.
