Return & Refund:
- If you have any after-sales issues, please contact customer service at support@peacebird.com immediately to discuss solutions.
- For returns/exchanges, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be brand new and unused. Please send your order number, product name for return/exchange, reason, and 1-2 photos proving the item's intact condition to support@peacebird.com. - For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will deduct shipping fees and tariffs incurred by the merchant (20% of the order's actual payment amount).
