问大家
: Can I return it in-store?
: You can exchange the item at the store, but it seems like you can't get a refund.
回复 @lulu食萍 : Yeah, I knew I wasn’t mistaken. Ordering online really requires caution, especially since their sizing tends to fluctuate a bit. I used to only dare to order online after trying things on in-store, because returns are such a hassle. So now I don’t really shop there much anymore…
: Can I return an online Uniqlo order for store credit in-store?
回复 @荷气生财 : Same style and color can be exchanged, but store credit is basically not allowed. Online returns require paying your own shipping fee, but exchanging for a different size in the same style and color does not require paying shipping. Personally tested last month.
: Encountering a good salesperson is a blessing
: Free alterations, right?
: Yep, free alterations, but they can only shorten the hem, not lengthen it.
23 : I took mine to the store for alterations and picked it up there. Not sure about online. Not all pants can be altered—some fabrics fray easily. The staff (not professional tailors) do the alterations, so don’t expect perfection![[笑哭]](/assets/emoji/comment-emoji/dm_xiaoku@2x.png?v=1)
. Policies may vary by store, so call ahead to confirm.
: If I pick it up in-store, can I return it there?
: You can't return them. I tried to return a pick-up in-store before, and they didn't allow it, but you can exchange it. You can swap for other styles, paying the difference or getting a refund for the difference. Not sure if that's changed now.
回复 @荷气生财 : Hasn't changed, I just picked up yesterday.
: Has anyone bought their sun-protective clothing?
: The premium one has a more structured, stylish look, while the cheaper one is softer.
: I've bought it, and it's really comfortable! Got four pieces.
: Is Pufftech warm? pufftech
: It was fine in the first year, but I feel it's not very warm in the second year.
: It's okay, it's warm enough when the temperature is a few degrees above zero, but probably not warm enough when it's below zero.
: Is this down jacket for men or women? The model in the picture is female—would it be too short for a guy?
: The largest women's size available now is XL. Check the size chart for length. There are also men's ultra-light down jackets—search "ultra light down."
: Don’t buy their padded coats—some styles bunch up in the wash.
: Could anyone kindly tell me when the Uniqlo website updates its inventory daily?
: It might be earlier, before 6 AM on the West Coast. Because I once checked around 6 AM and found an item I wanted, but by 9 AM, the sizes were gone. I don't know if it's accurate, but you can try checking early sometime.
回复 @娜美0713 : Okay, thank you!
: Is the lingerie in the third picture comfortable to wear?
: I bought it in several colors, and it really flatters the bust shape.
回复 @贩卖落日晚风 : Which model is this? I can no longer see what the third picture was back then.
: Is it not possible to return in-store for a pickup order?
: Yes, you can only exchange it, not get a refund.
: Do I need to mail it back for a return?

: I usually choose store pickup when I buy from them, so I can try things on right there to see if they fit, and I don't have to spend extra to hit the free shipping threshold.
: Free shipping is too expensive, and returns are a hassle.
: I've noticed that a lot of Uniqlo women's cropped jackets look great on guys! And nobody can tell you bought it from the men's section, haha

: The free shipping threshold is too high, and returns are a hassle too 😮💨 免邮门槛太高了 退货也很麻烦 😮💨
: I really want to place an order, but returns and exchanges are such a hassle, so I guess I'll just forget it.
: Yeah, the free shipping threshold is high, but you can always add a few extra items to hit it. The real dealbreaker is returns—such a hassle, and you can't even return in-store. Forget it, never mind.

回复 @bbbbbbbay : 🙂↕️ And the padding is sewn in, not some "removable" thing — really hits the spot for me~ 🙂↕️ 而且这个胸垫还是缝在上面的，不是什么”removable”，真是深得我心啊～
: I think I still need to try it on in a physical store before buying — the Asian version runs slim.
: Only items with limited or missing sizes make it to the discount section![[赞]](/assets/emoji/comment-emoji/dm_zan@2x.png?v=1)
只有缺碼少碼的貨才能上到折扣區![[赞]](/assets/emoji/comment-emoji/dm_zan@2x.png?v=1)
: This one is very comfortable and doesn't show bra straps. I bought a bright red one in Mainland China and loved it, so when I saw it on sale back in the US, I grabbed all the colors. I also picked up linen shorts to hit the free shipping threshold. A must-have for hot summer days!
: I wanted to buy it, but after seeing many reviews saying it shrinks even without tumble drying after washing, I didn't dare to go for it.
回复 @匿名用户 : The white one is super see-through. Planning to return it — the design is very unfriendly to both big and medium chest sizes.
