Returns & Refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after placing an order. Online orders cannot be returned at physical stores. Please log in to the Order History page to proceed (return fee: $7.00). (Detailed return policy). Based on customer feedback, refunds may take 45-60 days to process.
Package lost
If the package status shows as delivered but you have not actually received it, you may contact UNIQLO customer service for assistance in investigating after searching and waiting for 2 business days. (Detailed policy).

I used to only dare to order online after trying things on in-store, because returns are such a hassle. So now I don’t really shop there much anymore… 嗯嗯.我就知道我沒記錯.網上下單真的需要謹慎.畢竟他家的碼數有點浮動.以前我都是必須在店裡試過才敢網上下單.因為退貨真的很麻煩.所以現在都沒怎麼光顧他家了…

回复 @荷气生财 : Same style and color can be exchanged, but store credit is basically not allowed. Online returns require paying your own shipping fee, but exchanging for a different size in the same style and color does not require paying shipping. Personally tested last month. 同款同色可以换，store credit 基本不可以。上网退要自己付邮费，换不同码的同款同色就不同付邮费。上个月亲测

: Yep, free alterations, but they can only shorten the hem, not lengthen it. 嗯呢免费改，裤脚只能改短不能改长

: You can't return them. I tried to return a pick-up in-store before, and they didn't allow it, but you can exchange it. You can swap for other styles, paying the difference or getting a refund for the difference. Not sure if that's changed now. 退不了，Pick up的之前去店里试过不让退，但是能换，还可以换别的款多退少补，不知道现在改没改

: It might be earlier, before 6 AM on the West Coast. Because I once checked around 6 AM and found an item I wanted, but by 9 AM, the sizes were gone. I don't know if it's accurate, but you can try checking early sometime. 可能是要早一点，西岸这边凌晨6点之前，因为我之前有一次凌晨6点左右蹲到一件想要的，9点再看就没码了，不知道准不准，你可以哪次早点蹲蹲看看
