: The T3 hair dryer is pretty good. I've used the classic model for two years and it still works perfectly, no problems at all, and the airflow is strong. T3的电吹风还可以，经典款用两年了也没什么毛病，风力不错

: The service from this company is seriously terrible. I ordered three items but only received two; the third one hasn’t shipped even after two weeks. When I contacted customer service, I just got a reply saying my order issue was resolved. Resolved how? You only see the items that have been delivered—what about the one that hasn’t even shipped yet? Are you just going to ignore that??? Their after-sales service is just awful. I’m never buying from this store again. 这家服务真的有够烂，我下单了三样东西，给我发货了两样，还有一样已经过了两周还没给我发货，联系客服回复我就是已经解决了我的订单问题，请问哪里解决了，你只看到到货的商品，还有一样没发货的，不用管了吗？？？售后太烂了，以后不买这家的东西了
: Are you using an online chat or something? Try switching to a different customer service rep and ask them for the tracking number for the shipment. 你是online chat还是啥，换个客服再试试，问他们要发货的tracking number

The customer service only noticed the two items they helped release for shipping, and completely ignored the one that hasn't been shipped yet. 我就是网上联系了客服，回复我说解决了我的订单问题，客服只看到帮我放货的那两样，还有一个没发货压根就不管了
