Bought a 200+ MGO bottle from Costco on a whim, thinking I’d mix it with honey lemon water. Turns out, whenever my throat felt off, drinking two big cups would fix it by the next day. Only realized from this deal that I’d been using manuka honey—truly magical. 非常有效果。我怀孕之后一上火就开始喉咙痒有痰。又不敢随便吃药。Costco随便买了一瓶200多MGO的 想说平时冲点蜂蜜柠檬水缓解一下。然后发现好几次喉咙不舒服 马上喝两大杯 第二天就没事了。我是看到折扣才知道一直喝的是麦卢卡蜂蜜。真的非常之神奇。
