Editor's Pick: When your car has been sitting too long and won't start, or the battery is sluggish on a cold winter morning, just clamp this on and try to fire it up. The 5000A peak current can handle 10L gas and 8L diesel engines, so it works for sedans, SUVs, and lawn mowers. The unit weighs under 500 grams (about 1.1 lbs), so it tucks into a corner of your trunk without taking up space. It also doubles as a power bank for your phone in emergencies, and the built-in LED light has three modes so you can see what you're doing on the roadside at night. Reverse connection, overcurrent, and short circuit are all protected, and the clamps are spark-proof, so even if you connect it wrong you won't be scrambling.
