Editor's Pick: When making Greek yogurt or straining soy milk, this cloth is much finer than a strainer, giving you a noticeably smoother texture. The pure cotton is unbleached, so you can feel confident steaming food wrapped in it. The edges are hemmed, so after use you can just wash, dry, and reuse it—no lint shedding. It's also great for roasting turkey, making cheese, or even wrapping spices. A 6-pack will last you a long time.
