Editor's Pick: Opening packages, cutting chicken bones, snipping scallions—one pair does it all. The blades have micro-serrations so they grip meat and vegetables without slipping, and the thick blades resist dulling even with long-term use. The handles have soft grips, so your hands won't get sore even after processing a whole chicken. Comes with a protective cover so you don't have to worry about cuts during storage, and it's dishwasher safe too.
