Your credit will appear in the ‘Payment Details' section; just enter the amount you wish to use, and click on 'Apply this to order'. This will be done immediately, and you will then be charged the outstanding amount. Should you have any problems with this, please add a note in the ‘Other notes’ box, to let us know how much of your credit that you would like to apply to your order. This is located on our ‘Checkout page’, in the ‘Delivery’ section. If you are logged in, simply click on the ‘Edit’ button first, and you will find the ‘Other notes’ box below your list of addresses. If you have checked out as a guest, the ‘Other notes’ box will be available as soon as you reach the ‘Delivery’ section, below the address fields.
