: Many people think bird's nest is an IQ tax. Here's my personal take: Years ago, my constitution was weak—I caught colds, coughed, and had stomach issues easily, getting sick for a few days almost every month. Then I asked a friend to buy me a big box of bird's nest from Chinatown (around $600+, almost 10 years ago, can't remember the brand). I’d stew a small piece occasionally at night and drink it the next morning. I didn’t overthink it. After about half a year, I suddenly realized I hadn’t felt unwell for months—no colds or sickness at all. Haven’t tried this brand before, just ordered one on sale for $500+. Looking forward to it!
